How to return an item

We’re sorry you need to return your item(s), but fear not, we’ve made it as painless as possible. We have a standard 30 day returns policy, allowing you to return any unused item within 30 days of purchase.

For orders made within the UK, you can use our online returns portal to return your item to us. We do offer subsidised return delivery but there is still a fee for returning your product(s).

If your parcel is larger than 61cms (L) x 46 cm (W) x 46 cm (H) (Royal mail) option) / 41cm x 38cm x 64cm (InPost Sizing) you will need to arrange your own return/courier, and not use the return portal.

For orders made outside of the UK, please use our Worldwide Returns Process.

Faulty & Damaged Items

Unfortunately, these things do happen from time to time. If you have received an item which has a problem, please check out our warranty support page and we'll let you know the best way to get the item back to us, or arrange a replacement for you. Please do not return the item using our portal until you have spoken to us.

Extended Returns - Black Friday & Christmas

We know it's a busy time of year, so we've extended our returns period for Black Friday and Christmas!

Any orders placed after November 1st 2023 are eligible for our extended returns period. This means you can buy now and return any unused purchases by January 14th 2024. 

Anything bought after December 14th 2023 will fall back into our normal returns policy, so you'll still have 30 days to return them from the date of purchase.
