How to return an item

We’re sorry you need to return your item(s), but fear not, we’ve made it as painless as possible. We have a standard 30 day returns policy, allowing you to return any unused item within 30 days of purchase.


For orders made within the UK, you can use our online returns portal to return your item to us. We do offer subsidised return delivery but there is still a fee for returning your product(s). 


If your parcel is larger than 61cms (L) x 46 cm (W) x 46 cm (H) (Royal mail) option) / 41cm x 38cm x 64cm (InPost Sizing) you will need to arrange your own return/courier, and not use the return portal.


If you are returning products in different orders, these must be sent separately and not in the same return package. 


Whichever way you're returning your product, it must be securely packaged using additional packaging on top of the original product packaging, to ensure it is resaleable when the product is returned to us - delivery labels are attached by couriers to the packaging, so additional packaging is essential.


For orders made outside of the UK, please use our Worldwide Returns Process.


Please note, as per our Terms & Conditions, all returned goods and their packaging must be in brand new pristine condition, suitable for re-sale to another customer. Labels must be attached to the product. Damaged packaging will only be accepted if the damage was the minimum amount necessary to open the package and inspect the goods or if the damage was caused in transit. Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and swimwear must have the hygiene strip in tact.

Returns from Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man


You'll need to use our online returns portal to register your return with us & to receive a returns label. Unfortunately, the returns system can't subsidise returns from Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man, so once you're generated your returns label, simply head to your post office to pay the postage. The returns label means you'll have registered your return in our system.


Faulty & Damaged Items


Unfortunately, these things do happen from time to time. If you have received an item which has a problem, please check out our warranty support page and we'll let you know the best way to get the item back to us, or arrange a replacement for you. Please do not return the item using our portal until you have spoken to us.
