We're sorry to hear you need to return an item to us, but we know it happens. Please note that return costs will vary depending on the item and the courier options from your country. When you create the return in the worldwide returns portal, the prices for your courier will be shown.
If you need to return international orders:
1. Visit our Worldwide Returns Portal to register your return within 30 days of purchase.
2. You'll receive a returns label by email. Print the label created by the International Returns Portal
3. Send the parcel back to us.
4. Once we have received the item, we will process your refund. The postage amount will be deducted from your refund.
For non-UK customers who placed an order on Absolute-Snow.co.uk, if your order starts with either an RX or SX, you will need to arrange your own return to the address below.
