The website is all working as it should, so you can grab all your adventure gear!


International Orders - some delays 

Some customers may experience shipping delays due to a label printing system failure with our international logistics partner. The issue affected orders from Monday 17th June until Thursday 20th June, 3pm GMT. The issue is now resolved, so the team are working hard to ensure your adventure gear is sent correctly, as quickly as possible.


For international orders, please head to www.absolute-snow.com where you'll be able to explore our adventure gear and place your order. Once you've ordered, your confirmation email will come from Global E, our international logistics partner.


Customer Services - great

Our Customer Service team is currently working as normal and should be able to get back to your queries within the normal timescales. Please just contact us and our team will be happy to help you!

Our workshop is operating as normal, getting your new skis mounted or Phantom serviced for your next mountain trip.


Returns - great 

Our returns process is operating as normal - returns are normally processed within about 5 working days of receipt. Any questions, just contact us and our team will be happy to help you.
