Couriers - on time with tracking issues
All delivery services and couriers are currently running as normal and your adventure gear should arrive within the quoted timeframe.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of parcels our couriers are receiving, they are not scanning every single parcel onto their truck which means the parcel is in transit but tracking is not always possible until arrival. If you have received a despatch email from us but are unable to track your parcel, please rest assured that your parcel should arrive in the estimated timeframe. We are unable to produce a tracking code if the couriers did not scan it so please leave sufficient days for the parcel to arrive before contacting us if delivery has not been made. We will be happy to help after the estimated arrival date has passed.

Workshop - great
Our workshop is operating as normal, getting your new skis mounted or Phantom serviced for your next mountain trip.
