International Orders - great
For international orders, please head to www.absolute-snow.com where you'll be able to explore our adventure gear and place your order. Once you've ordered, your confirmation email will come from Global E, our international logistics partner.

Distribution Centre - Possible Delays
Due to high demand, our Distribution Centres are working as hard as they can to send your happy post to you on the same day as you place your orders (if before 2pm), however in some cases this may not be possible. We'll keep you updated with emails when your packages have been sent.
Couriers - Possible Delays
Due to high demand, some delivery services and couriers may not be able to deliver as quickly as we hope. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email when your package leaves our warehouse so you can keep an eye on the progress of your adventure gear.
Despatch emails - great
Our email confirmation and despatch emails are sending as normal, so you should be fully updated on the status of your parcels!
Workshop - great
Our workshop is operating as normal, getting your new skis mounted or Phantom serviced for your next mountain trip.
