Our payments terminal is running as normal right now. If you are having difficulty making a payment, simply Contact Us with your order reference number, and we'll take a look for you.
International Orders - great
For international orders, please head to www.absolute-snow.com where you'll be able to explore our adventure gear and place your order. Once you've ordered, your confirmation email will come from Global E, our international logistics partner.
Customer Services - great
Our Customer Service team is currently working to schedule - you should receive responses within the quoted timeframes, so please just contact us and our team will be happy to help you! Please note, we will be closing our phone lines at 4pm instead of 4.30pm on 11th December due to a staff event.

Couriers - some delays
Some delivery services and couriers are currently experiencing delays due to festive demand, so some of your adventure gear may arrive outside of the usual quoted timeframes. Unfortunately, once your parcels leave our warehouse, they are in the hands of the couriers, however please do Contact Us if you have any concerns.
Despatch emails - great
Our email confirmation and despatch emails are sending as normal, so you should be fully updated on the status of your parcels!
Workshop - great
Our workshop is operating as normal, getting your new skis mounted or Phantom serviced for your next mountain trip.
