Where's my order?

We're sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your adventure gear to arrive. 


UK Delivery Times 

If you ordered before 2pm, we do everything we can to send out your parcel to you on that same day. For orders made after 2pm, they won't be processed until the day after, so your estimated delivery days would shift according to when you have placed your order. 


  • Standard Delivery aims to get to you within 2-3 days, however it can take up to 5 working days to deliver. 
  • Next Day postage service aims to get to you within 1 working day, however this can take up to 2-3 working days from when the parcels are collected from our warehouse by the courier. 
  • Oversized parcels can take up to 2-3 days, depending on the courier.


There is no guaranteed service available for delivery, so if you are keen to get your adventure gear for your next trip, we advise ordering as far in advance as possible, in case of postal delays.


International Delivery Times 

This varies depending on your country and the courier used for the country. Please check your individual tracking information, which will be sent to you when your parcel is despatched. 


Tracking & Delivery 

Firstly, we recommend checking your tracking number that we sent out by email when your parcel was despatched from our warehouse. 


We keep you updated at every step of the way from order confirmation, picking, packing & despatch - if you aren't receiving our emails, please make sure to check spam/promotions inboxes and put orders@absolute-snow.co.uk in your safe list for UK orders or do-not-reply@global-e.com for International Orders. 


If you believe it has been delivered, check with neighbours, your porch area or in other safe spaces in case the courier has left it there for you. 


If it has been over 5 working days, please Contact Us and our Customer Service team will happily look into it for you, however once your items have left our warehouse, we have the same tracking information as you do, so we appreciate your patience before contacting us.
