We're sorry to hear you need to return an item to us, but we know it happens and so we've made it as easy as possible for you!
For Returns within the UK, we offer two subsidised return options through Royal Mail and InPost, if your package falls within the maximum parcel sizes. You will need to pay upfront for the subsidised postage to create the returns labels with our Self-service Online Returns Portal.
Returning with Royal Mail
With Royal Mail, the cost is £3.50 and requires a printer.
Royal Mail maximum parcel size: 61cm (L) x 46cm (H) x 46cm (W)
Returning with InPost
With InPost, the cost is £4 and no printer is necessary, they will generate a convenient QR code that can be used to print a returns label at the drop off point.
InPost maximum parcel size: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm
Package bigger than the maximum dimensions?
To use our Self-service Online Returns Portal please ensure that your package falls within the maximum dimensions. If your package is larger than these measurements, you will need to arrange your own return.
When you send it to us, please kindly include a note inside the package explaining the reason for the return, along with your order reference number.
