How do I return an item purchased outside of the UK?

We're sorry to hear you need to return an item to us, but we know it happens.


If you need to return an orders that was made outside of the UK: 

1. Visit our Worldwide Returns Portal to register your return within 30 days of purchase. 

2. You'll receive a returns label by email. Print the label created by the Returns Portal.

3. Send the parcel back to us. 

4. Once we have received the item, we will process your refund. The postage amount will be deducted from your refund.


Please note, any duties paid from your original order are not refunded.


For non-UK customers who placed an order on Absolute-Snow.co.uk, if your order starts with either an RX or SX, you will need to arrange your own return to the address below.


If the return is due to a warranty or damaged product, please Contact Us first so we can organise the return for you.


For orders made within the UK, please use our UK Returns Process.
