Can I exchange an item?

Yes you can, however to make sure we have the correct item in stock, we don't offer a traditional exchange service - you'll need to return your item to us and place an order for the correct item. 

Here's our simple steps to exchanging an item:

1. Return the item to us that you no longer want. 

2. Place an order for the correct item whenever you like.

3. Your new item will be on its way to you and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive the old item.
