Depending on the size of your order, the type of goods you've ordered and the delivery times, we'll use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Evri, Fedex or DHL to send out your order.
During peak times or if there is an operational issue with a particular courier, we may end up using another courier, however you'll always get the tracking information to know when you're likely to receive your adventure goodies!
Please note, any order over £100 may be dispatched using a signed for service - this is for insurance purposes.
There may be times when your order may be delivered by a different courier. This is because we work with a range of trusted delivery partners and so may use different couriers depending on factors such as parcel size, weight, destination, or the fulfilment location of your order.
This helps ensure your order is delivered as efficiently and reliably as possible.
If a different courier is used:
- This will not change the delivery option you selected at checkout
- Your dispatch email will confirm which courier is handling your delivery
- You will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel
Our priority is always to make sure your order arrives safely and within the expected timeframe, regardless of which courier is used.
